WPD Welding Process Monitoring System
Product Description
In the laser welding process, optical radiation phenomena occur, including plasma, thermal radiation, and laser reflection. Photoelectric sensors detect the light radiation generated during the welding process and convert it into reliable data in the form of electrical signals. By collecting a sufficient amount of data, a reliable data envelope is formed. By analyzing the changes in the values of the electrical signals, the quality of the workpiece welding can be assessed, thus achieving defect detection and quality monitoring.
