Product Description
Laser welding penetration detection technology is based on optical coherence tomography (OCT) technology. When the optical path dfference between the external optical path of the welding and the reference arm is within the coherence length range of the light source, interference will occur and welding penetration information is extracted. It can achieve real-time, high-resolution, non-invasive tomographic measurement of the interior of the material being tested. Penetration detection technology is a measurement technology with high precision and repeatablity, which can make the welding process faster, more accurate, more effective, with higher yield, and at the same time make the welding results more controllable.
