PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This system uses a nanosecond fiber laser as the light source. The welding path is controlled by the scanning pattern of the galvanometer, and the heat input is precisely controlled by high-frequency pulses, so as to realize metal sheets welding, especially dissimilar metals such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and nickel.

ADVANTAGES
1. Self-developed MOPA fiber laser can be selected in continuous or pulsed mode. The average maximum power can reach 350W;
2. High pulse frequency (1-4MHz), a wide range of pulse width (2-2000ns), independent adjustable frequency and pulse width;
3. The welding track can be edited, which is compatible with the welding requirements of products of different sizes. The weld appearance and mechanical properties perform well;
4. The high-peak and high-frequency pulse method can precisely control the heat input, which is more suitable for the welding of high-reflection sheet materials such as copper and aluminum;
5. Coaxial vision system and XYZ motion axis can realize multi-position welding of large-size products and high welding accuracy;
6. High stability platform systems with a flexible selection of single or double stations are widely used in the welding of consumer electronic product
