Product Description
The JPT laser coaxial wire feeding processing head adopts modular design, which shapes the laser beam into a ring beam and then splits and refocuses to achieve a hollow beam. When the metal wire accurately passes through the center of the ring spot and reaches the laser focusing point, a stable metal molten pool is quickly formed. Then, through the precise relative movement between the machining head and the shaft, the materials are stacked layer by layer in strict accordance with the planned path, so as to print the metal parts with accurate dimensions. This product is compatible with a variety of wires, the material utilization rate is up to 100%, and the maximum power can reach 6000W, which fully meets all kinds of requirements of efficient additive manufacturing, cladding and welding.
