and high counter materials. Self-developed, compact and lightweight structure, flexible and customizable.

  • The internal structure of the welding head is completely sealed, preventing the optical components from being contaminated by dust

  • The lens is equipped with indirect water cooling, ensuring reliable performance and long-term stable operation, thus extending its lifespan

  • Equipped with coaxial blowing/gas knife components to reduce contamination of the lens by welding fumes and spatter residues

  • The optical fiber uses a cam structure for focusing, which is precise and convenient, with a focusing range of ±3mm.

  • Equipped with a coaxial visual monitoring system and an integrated blue light coaxial light source Equipped with protective lens status imaging detection for early warning to prevent welding damage and improve product yield.
