BASIC LASER MACHINES
Fiber Laser Marking Machine
- The Fiber Laser Marking Machine from Zensia Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is a high-precision industrial marking solution designed for permanent, high-speed engraving on a wide range of materials. It uses advanced Galvano scanning technology and a red semiconductor guide laser for accurate positioning and consistent marking quality. Available in multiple power variants — 20W, 30W, 50W, and 100W — it supports marking fields of 100×100 mm up to 300×300 mm and delivers a fine minimum line width of 0.03 mm for detailed marking.
- The system supports multiple data formats such as DXF, BMP, JPEG, AI, SVG, and PLT and is compatible with standard barcodes and 2D codes including QR Code, Data Matrix, and PDF417. It runs on Windows 7 and Windows 10 using EzCad software and operates within an ambient temperature range of 0°C–40°C.
- Designed with forced-air cooling and efficient power consumption (≤700 VA), the machine ensures reliable continuous operation in industrial environments.

APPLICATIONS

Recommended use of a dust collector
Depending on the object being marked. harmful gasses or smoke that have a detrimental effect on the human body or the laser marker may be generating during marking. If your application falls under this description. use a dust collector.
Safety standards for laser beam products
A laser beam can harm human being’s eyes. skin, etc., because of its high energy density. IEC has classified laser products according to the degree of hazard and the stipulated safety requirements. The LP- V series are classified as Class 4 laser.
